Breakfast Meeting Menu: 10am on a Saturday

As a girl who loves to eat, I can only begin to plan through a morning Saturday meeting with a menu.

In my view, it’s the manager’s responsibility to set the tone of the office, and giving nourishment is a perfect way to start. If you wanna build a team, you have to feed them. Your team will feel thankful for you if you do. It provides an opportunity to step away from work, and mingle around yummy grub (which we all love).

Breakfast Meeting Menu: What To Eat At 10am on a Saturday

  • strawberriesStrawberries and bananas
  • Grapes
  • 2-5 Micro-wave Quiche, cut in halves
  • Microwave sausages (the fancy kind, now)
  • Baguette
  • Water
  • Tea
  • Plates, Napkins, forks, and knives from the dollar store (you should already have these in your arsenal)

If it’s been a good month, then bring along macaroons or croissants. Champaign is reserved for holidays.

For the small beauty business owner, the same logic applies. Feed not only your employees, within reason, as well as your customers. If possible, offer tea and water to new clients and customers. Have wine on hand. If you’re interested in tapping into the psychology of people, then have food appropriately ready. There’s no need to have it be more than need be. A baguette with cheese and a side of strawberries is just as expensive as six lattes, which (by the way) they’ll likely buy themselves before your meeting.
